toefl

11:15 am, 8 October: drove off to ateneo to take the toefl exam. exam is at 1:00 pm.

reached ateneo early, parked the car neatly and went straight to the building.
... oh man, i went to the wrong ateneo. instead of going to ateneo salcedo, i went to ateneo rockwell!

i had to maintain my composure, not to panic... think, think, i can't be late for the exam.

but God is so good, the solution was to leave the car behind, take a cab and proceed to the right ateneo.
i hailed a cab (but i was feeling a bit nervous... what if i arrive late? will i still make it? oh no!!!). but lo, the cab driver was very pleasant, he knows where i intended to go.
... and i made it on time.


now the exam

zzzzz... i was really sleepy. i cannot count how many times i yawned while taking the exam. i prayed for focus.

thank God He got me through. thank God it was finally over.

when the unofficial score came out, i got 213-270. The unofficial score was reported in a range since they still have to grade the essay portion of the exam which will take 2 weeks to check.

what's the significance of this score then?

i needed a minimum score of 213 to pass the teofl requirement for the foreign pharmacy graduate equivalency exam.

meaning, i'm in!!!
